Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

Absolutely avoid. Catastrophic experience in this rental. The house does not meet electrical standards (questionable outlets, outdated installation), the comfort is more than basic, and the general maintenance leaves something to be desired. To top it all off, feral cats roam everywhere, making it impossible to eat outside or even leave a window open without being invaded. The owner was completely non-existent when we arrived: no key, no welcome, nothing. He claimed a "delay due to previous tenants," but made no effort to resolve the situation. And the worst: when we left, he literally threw us out by insulting us, in a totally unacceptable and aggressive manner. An unacceptable and disrespectful attitude, which sums up the rest. I strongly advise against this rental. Fortunately, there are other accommodations that are safer, cleaner, and with much more professional hosts.
