Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. An incredible oasis of peace and quiet, uninterrupted breathtaking sunsets and the sound of cicadas like nowhere else... simply a perfect Robinson Crusoe, and yet there is nothing missing in the accommodation or in the availability in nearby Milna.. We thank the kind owners for creating and lending us this little paradise on earth...
