Air conditioning only in the living room, no air conditioning in the rooms which is a big minus (high temperatures at night not allowing you to sleep without air conditioning). At the bottom of the apartment there is a motor repair shop, noise from early morning hours. The rest without any complaints, nice house, parking spaces for two cars, about 900m to the beach, view from the window of the sea. The house has everything you need, great convenience with two bathrooms
