Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Beautiful house with a garden and olive grove. Complete privacy. Neat and clean. Everything as agreed with the landlords. The town of Povlja is located approximately 1.5km from the house. The town is small and quiet with a few cafes and restaurants and is not very crowded. Free parking can always be found in the town itself or near the beaches. The beaches nearby are wonderful with crystal clear sea. All recommendations.

If you like privacy and peace, this place is ideal. Perfect accommodation, nice owner, beautiful olive garden, everything clean, even air conditioning and a great price. The house is not right by the sea, but there are several beautiful pebble beaches within 10 minutes (by car). 👍✨
