* very low price-value ratio * the apartment is periodically very noisy because it is exactly on the departure corridor of Split International Airport * the use of the wifi service started with difficulty * the hospitality of the owners is of a very low standard * continuous, hidden surveillance * the equipment of the apartment is just sufficient ( e.g. very small and few towels, the use of the air conditioner is very limited, the cleaning is of a low standard, annoyingly creaky doorknobs) * tobacco smoke entering the non-smoking apartment at various times, * the absence of an outdoor garbage collector for the last 2 days, * hazardous equipment: shelf above the bed , short circuit electric mosquito repellent,
