If you have nowhere to go, I recommend it, but... bring your own air conditioning because the local one doesn't provide any relief, and opening the windows results in mosquito bites. Also, bring your own internet because the local one will completely disappoint you. On the plus side, the beaches are beautiful, not too crowded, and there's no roar of scooters.
