Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Though maybe sometimes lacking in comfort, ''Robinson Crusoe style'' houses provide unspoiled natural setting, absolute tranquility and crystal clear sea, and will surely make your vacation on the Adriatic coast an unforgettable experience!

We highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed here with our kids, aged 7, 9, and 11 years old, and everyone enjoyed their time. The host, Dinko, is super friendly and responsible: he met us at the ferry terminal, organized a boat, and was very open to all our questions and requests. The sea is fantastic and crystal blue, with lots of fish. The house is very cozy, stylish, and clean. The island where the house is located is relatively wild, with no shops at all or cafes. It is perfect for those who love the sea, the spirit of nature, and the smell of pine trees. However, the opposite island has rich infrastructure and sightseeing opportunities. You can easily reach Sali town on the opposite island by boat. The simple boat to rent costs 40 EUR per day, however you need boat license. You can also ask Host about trip to Sali. The kitchen was better than expected, with all the necessary items, and there was enough water and electricity for our family. We will definitely return!
