Overall, the apartment is good. The location, parking, and the host's helpfulness are certainly strong points. It's a shame about the condition of the apartment, which could be much better; perhaps the bathroom could use some updating, and greater attention to cleanliness would be needed. This also applies to the common areas. It's nice to have access to the small kitchen with a kettle and coffee maker... but it's a shame we didn't find a few tea or coffee bags, as is often the case everywhere these days. Obviously, these considerations are based on the price per night.
