Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. Our summer family getaway at [Property Name] on the crystal-clear shores of the Adriatic was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a true gem that perfectly balances relaxation, comfort, and activities for all of us. Hosts were very welcoming, helpfull and kind. The apartment The apartment/house was generously sized for a family of 4 a well-equipped kitchen and balcony with uninterrupted and wonderful sea view. Excellent for a peaceful, relaxed vacation. We would be definitely returning to this place.

The house is very nice in a quiet place. We stayed in the attic apartment and surprisingly it wasn't hot at all, as we expected, there was a nice breeze. The beach is smaller, but it is more or less for the guests of the house. The hosts are absolutely amazing, they helped us a lot when our car broke down, they looked for help and finally lent us their car so we could get from Stari Grad to the accommodation, not everyone will do this for you. As they say: a friend in need is a friend in need
