Everything was fine except for the small shower where you can't even turn around, the non-functioning TV and the grill located in front of the house entrance.

The apartment is old and dilapidated. The shower cabin is old and full of mold, leaking. The air conditioning is working, but old and very loud. The toilet paper holder fell off, the balcony railing was rusty. Otherwise the apartment would have been clean, except for the glasses and food leftovers stuck to the table. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section, when I mentioned this to the owner, they immediately brought us a new refrigerator to the apartment. Surprisingly - 5 points! The area around the house was overgrown like a jungle, the pool was messy and looked dirty when we arrived. I did not go inside. The beach is indeed 200 m, as stated, but a very steep hill, which was not written anywhere. The owner was very friendly and helpful. As written, it seemed that this accommodation used to be really nice, but now due to dilapidation and poor maintenance it is not the best. Probably priced appropriately.
