The freezer in the fridge wasn't working, the fridge was very small, the wifi didn't reach the room, the sink smelled bad, the terrace, because there was another larger apartment, was reduced to a small area where the air conditioning vent was located, which made a rather annoying noise, they only left us one roll of toilet paper and there was nothing to make our stay more comfortable.
