The apartment was terribly dirty when we took it over. I'd be happy to send you pictures of it. The landlord doesn't respond to our calls. The call is never answered. The gas for the stove has now also run out. I'm asking you to provide urgent support. Kind regards, Gerhard Deutsch and Birgit Egger
