The apartment has clear signs of wear and tear, which could be easily taken care of. It's not that it's not modern, because it doesn't have to be, but the equipment and furniture are quite old, neglected and dusty or dirty, e.g. rusty chair legs, a very dusty night lamp, a dirty hood, a dirty hair dryer, a falling door handle in the bathroom. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the location is great, sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach - all this gives a big plus. Despite this, due to the neglected apartment, I wouldn't decide to rent it again
