Great location, very beautiful bay and surroundings, great view. The apartment is large but not quite finished, in the bathroom around the door there is raw concrete. There were no mosquito nets in the bathroom (we installed them ourselves, self-adhesive ones) and they should also clean the grout marks in the bathroom. We were probably the first guests this year and it was not refreshed and ventilated, we had to wipe the tables and tiles on the terrace a little. The stairs and lower areas by the fireplace are not finished, everything is still in concrete and the stairs do not have a railing, but there is a new railing on the terrace (they need to update the pictures on booking here). Some cushions are missing on the outdoor bench and for the deck chairs. A larger frying pan is missing in the kitchen. We also had to buy a soup ladle because there was none, we left that in the apartment. There are too few electrical plugs everywhere (there are none outside on the terrace). The wifi cable also needs to be replaced because it has to be bent at a certain angle to work at all. The garden needs to be tidied up and building materials around the house need to be removed.
