The apartment is poorly equipped, very modest, minimal, not adapted for a family of five, two of whom are teenagers of different genders and one small child, who still sleeps with his parents, and who needs his own bed that does not fit because the space is really too small for 5 people , although the apartment is managed as such. The beds are joined and it is not realistic to expect that a boy and a girl aged 17 and 14 will sleep on the same bed. I suggest the owner to think about separate beds in one of the rooms, as well as to equip the apartment in a more modern way, but it shouldn't be expensive or impossible. To think about a little more modern and better decoration, which also contributes to making you feel better and more comfortable while you are inside the apartment itself. For the offered price, it is realistic to expect all of the above. People and guests who pay for very expensive services have learned to enjoy a little more comfort, luxury and better equipment. The advantage of the apartment is that it has a washing machine in it, a beautiful view of the sea and the proximity of the beach, and the environment is peaceful. It is true that, as guests, we knew from the pictures what was waiting for us, although in the pictures everything looks much more spacious, more airy, brighter, more comfortable, but I must admit that it was quite an unpleasant surprise, because we hoped that at least in one of the rooms the beds can be separated, so I suggest the owner to do so if he rents out the apartment for guests with more children. These are constructive criticisms of the owner, who in the end proved to be quite correct in his approach, although he did not reduce the price despite the dissatisfaction of the clients, which would be a step forward in civilization or if he had at least apologized for the price being too high, but blamed the agency with which he has a contract. The agency listened to our remarks, but of course did not react and considers them unfounded. Therefore, the price of the apartment is too high for what it offers. If the owner and the agency had correctly and honestly written the price and offered a lower one, then for that value they would have received what they really get, and this is how you get the wrong impression and lead guests to something that does not correspond to the offered price. Namely, by looking at other accommodation units that are at the same price, you can see very different jumps in the quality of the accommodation offer. The prices are like that, but they often do not match the offer....
