Don't get me wrong. I was hoping I wouldn't have to write a negative review, but the owner's attitude unfortunately provoked that. The apartment is quite old. The doors and furniture creak a lot, the kitchen doesn't have a dining table, the air conditioning doesn't cool the rest of the rooms well due to its placement, and there's only a mesh screen on the kitchen window without glass, so cold air leaks out. The terrace is nice and airy, but it doesn't have any shade, so it's difficult to use on sunny days. I would accept most of these shortcomings, but the biggest problem was the owner. She had new instructions and comments almost every day. She constantly reminded us to lock the door on the fence, demanded that the air conditioning be turned off due to electricity costs, and forbade us from using the fireplace, even though it was listed in the offer. I also had the feeling that she entered the apartment in our absence. The location is good, but due to the condition of the apartment and especially the owner's attitude, I wouldn't book accommodation here again.

Location is great, town is nice, nearby beach is great for kids and water is clean. Apartment is old but equipped with all of necessary things for the vacation, it even has private berth for small boat. It has air conditioning, but use of the air conditioning is limited by the owner. Owner is instructing you when windows must be opened and when closed. Owner is sitting at the entrance of the apartment all the the time to instruct you where to put your shoes this day and where to change your swimsuit. Owner even enters your private room when you sleep to wake you up to instruct you to switch off the ceiling fan or air conditioning. From our perspective, the repeated interruptions by the owner felt more like daily harassment than hospitality. We found it completely unacceptable for the owner to enter the apartment and wake us up. That said, we understand that some guests may appreciate a more involved host and frequent interaction, but this was certainly not what we were looking for.

Basically everything was good. The apartment, although a two-bedroom, is very small. Small kitchen, small bathroom. The rooms are also small, too small. And the beds in the rooms, double beds, like for dwarfs. Great location
