Upon our arrival, we found the apartment in a completely unacceptable state of hygiene and maintenance, significantly different from what was stated in the property description. The apartment was filthy everywhere, the bathroom was indecent condition, the washing machine contained sludge mixed with black water, several windows were damaged and could not be closed properly, allowing insects, mosquitoes, and bees to constantly enter the apartment. The bed sheets, especially those in the children's room, were completely dirty, full of hair and fur. The most serious problem, however, was the kitchen and the gas system, an extremely dangerous situation considering the fact that there were two small children living there. When opening the gas cylinder, the smell and gas leak were evident, indicating a possible leak. In fact, the owner recommended that guests always close the cylinder.
