Overall, we were very satisfied, especially with your agency, which arranged everything for us very well. We give it an excellent rating. As for the accommodation, it had a few minor issues, such as only cold water in the kitchen and the kettle that was advertised was missing. But these are minor issues and otherwise the owners are very helpful and kind. They accommodated us by letting us stay in the apartment until the evening on the day of departure, when we could shower and pack up for the trip back at night. Thank you very much for arranging a wonderful stay in Igrane, where we have been for the second time.
