Everything was perfect for me. In the sunny south, people tend to live outside anyway, but the small bathroom would really appreciate a few new seals... And the toilet lid wobbles so badly that it could really be removed entirely. Otherwise, we were very satisfied; the proximity to the beach made up for everything. It was also a very quiet neighborhood, and the owners were very nice. We'd love to come back.
