125 steps from the beach up to the apartment, parking about 50 m from the apartment in the street (but the parking space is large enough and reserved), otherwise the apartment is clean, the view is perfect and the owners are friendly and nice. I highly recommend it, just the 125 steps from the beach + 40 to the 1st floor.
