Very clean, well located, and the furnishings were practical and good (TV, dishwasher, microwave, table & chairs on the balcony). The bed linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh (but not perfumed). The landlady is incredibly friendly. There's parking right in front of the house. The windows and other fixtures are all very modern. There's air conditioning in both large bedrooms, and the smaller one has a ceiling fan. There are two bathrooms, each with a sink, toilet, and shower. We were very satisfied.
