We had to vacuum the entire apartment ourselves upon arrival because it was dirty and dusty. The apartment looked nothing like the photos, with all beds placed in one room. Basic items such as a dishcloth, dish brush and even a bottle of water were missing after a long journey. We asked for an extra key with a power card so the apartment would still have electricity if one of us went out for breakfast. The owner later messaged us while we were at the beach because the AC had been running for a few hours and wanted the card back over a cost of just a few euros, despite us paying around €1,500 for our stay. The power card holder came loose from the wall and sparked, which was dangerous. Instead of showing concern, the owners acted as if we had caused the problem. We never felt welcome and would not recommend this property or owner.
