We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The owner is very friendly and hospitable, he welcomed us nicely and then said goodbye. He can advise where to get what for the best price and where it is worth going on a trip. We had no problems, everything was clean and prepared. Location: Mali Rat is a great place, but the beach is relatively small and right next to the main road. But we didn't mind, as we tried different beaches in the area every day. The town of Omiš is nearby, and for larger purchases, Split (Decathlon) is nearby. Thank you Mr. Filip for the great accommodation and we will be happy to come again.

We loved being there! The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Comfortable, clean and well equipped, we felt at home. Filip is a very direct, attentive, good host. The beach is really close and we always had space. I would gladly recommend it to others!

Owner: Very friendly; have a good discussion after arrival and during the whole time. Excellent hospitality. Room: Nice and clean; above the expectation. What makes more feel-like-home is the little details. Like you have dishwaser fluid and fresh sponge, clothes dryer rack with clothespins. Accommodation: Have enough parking space even for 5 cars. Beach: about 2-3 minutes by walk
