Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Marušići, Omiš A-954-a

Extremely good host. We felt like we’re staying in our own house. All the beaches are almost virgin and full with fishes. To reach beach, we’ve to walk a bit using the stairs. But, that pays off.

Everything is fine, except for two points. First and foremost, the bathroom is not in the room, it is very inconvenient. Second, the hotel is located above the highway. On the one hand, it is very convenient from the point of view of parking, on the other hand, because of this, it is very noisy. The hostess is very nice and friendly, the room was clean and tidy. It is quite inconvenient to go down to the beach and most importantly to come back, but it is wonderful, clean, very beautiful and there are not many people there.

I am sorry to dissuade this quarters. It is not a separate apartment, but rooms for rent. You have to reckon with the fact that in the hallway and in the bathroom you will be passing other landlords. The condition of the rooms leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not cleaned after previous guests. We found a dirty oven and refrigerator. There is no hot water in the tap. There are two bathrooms allocated to the apartment, one of them has hot water, the other only cold. We do not have great requirements for the decor, but a huge old carpet in the kitchen and living room is a mistake and an additional problem to keep clean somehow. Balcony shared with other landlords, separated by an imaginary partition made of some bricks wrapped with material on the floor. The table and kitchen utensils, a cabinet that served as a worktop, still remember Yugoslavia. Burners in the kitchen connected differently than in the diagram. It's hard to find any advantages of this accommodation. The photos do not reflect what it looks like in reality. And also a huge noise due to the fact that the building is located right next to the bus (this is what is described in the offer). After reporting the faults, the lady took the broken chairs in the kitchen from us and did not bring others. We didn't have hot water in the kitchen until the end. The bathrooms in the shower fixed it, but the taps in the sink were just hot. After the initial troubles, we had to come to terms with what we found and make it to the end of the holiday. The owner did her best because she brought us a lunch in the form of smoked fish and burka. She did our laundry several times. Adriatic travel agency reimbursed us as part of the costs. Our 9th time in Croatia, but the first time we were so disappointed. Until the owner invests in the facility and takes the facility to tourists seriously, unfortunately I do not recommend it.
