I do not recommend the above property. It is listed as an apartment with an additional room located in the hallway across from the apartment and is physically separated and there is no possibility of cooling the room with air conditioning, as it is located in the basement of the building, there is no Wifi and it is not possible to catch a mobile phone signal. The apartment itself has a bad bathroom (the fan does not work and there are no windows), the refrigerator in the kitchen does not cool, the tap has the strongest jet of water and there is no hot water. There is mold under the sink on the wall. The air conditioner has a motion sensor, so if you are not in the living room, it turns off after 5-10 minutes!! So don't count on air conditioning at night!! There is no dining table!! Although it is rented for 4 people, there is no furniture for 3 people. Privacy in the additional room does not exist because in order to try to cool it (because there is no fan in the room) you have to keep the door to the room open, and since the hallway is used by the owner and staff to get to their work rooms. The price is overpriced and does not justify the quality of the property!!!

The apartment in the basement with an extra room should be avoided by all means. The price is inflated for the condition of the apartment and the extra room that is not part of the apartment but is located across from the apartment. There is no air conditioning in that room and the window is small because it is in the basement of the building. So since there is no air conditioning, you have to keep the door of the room open so that the draft can at least try to cool the room, but that means you lose privacy because the owner and staff walk through that hallway to their rooms. There is not even a regular fan in the room. Since it is a basement, of course there is no Wifi signal or any mobile network signal. The refrigerator in the apartment does not work properly so I had to freeze water bottles and put them in the fridge to lower the temperature. The water flow from the tap in the kitchen is like a needle and there is no hot water. The fan in the bathroom does not work (the bathroom has no window). The air conditioner has a motion sensor installed so if you are not in the living room for 5 minutes, the air conditioner turns off. So don't count on the air conditioner at night without getting up and turning it on. There is also no dining table.

The two-bedroom apartment turned out to have one bedroom and the other was a separate room without air conditioning behind a common corridor, which was a major inconvenience for a family with children. The refrigerator in the kitchen didn't work, there was widespread mold and dirt on both the walls and the refrigerator, and the oven smelled musty. The stay turned out to be a survival lesson.
