Two bedroom apartment with terrace and sea view Stanići, Omiš A-2763-a

The Mimica family is friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the valuable recommendations. The house as well as the apartment are very well maintained and clean, furnished with attention to detail. We had 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double bed and a single bed, ample storage space, ironing board and iron. We slept well on the comfortable mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need: coffee maker, stove (2 electric plates and 2 gas), microwave, oven, large refrigerator with freezer ..., seating. 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet/window. Washing machine. Living room with TV, WiFi was permanently available. The large terrace was furnished with a seating lounge, large dining table and sun lounger, including priceless fantastic sea views. Air conditioning available, separate billing, we didn't need the air conditioning. Shaded parking space at the entrance to the house, barbecue facilities on the side of the house. About steps you reach the pebble beach, gently sloping, shade donate, inter alia, the pine trees. 2 beach bars within walking distance. Around the apartment there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, fruit stand, cafe/bar. We used to visit the Espana restaurant across the street on a regular basis and highly recommend it. Nice service, quality food, tasty dessert, good drinks. Excursions can be booked at the counter in front of the house, whether it's in nearby Omis (8 km) or Split or the surrounding area, sightseeing in the town itself or zipline, canoeing, quad, rafting, shopping, island hopping or skywalking, I think everyone will find something suitable .
