"Robinson Crusoe Style" Tourism
"Robinson Crusoe style" houses are those located either on small islands or in remote bays accessible only by macadam roads. Sometimes this type of house is completely isolated, with no neighbors nearby, whereas in other cases there are few other houses in the vicinity. Drinking water is rainwater collected in water tanks, electricity is provided via solar panels and stove and refrigerator run on gas. There is no hot water in the house and the shower is usually of an outdoor type, with sun-heated water tanks. Due to this, rational use of water is encouraged. Moreover, all the necessary supplies should be bought beforehand since local stores are generally located far away. All houses are furnished with necessary furniture and appliances - some are better equipped, while others show their spartan spirit. The landlord Boris was an extremely amiable person, which really has to be emphasized, and above all he was very fond of animals. The accommodation was okay. It's a shame that there weren't any loungers like in all the other houses to stay outside. The two available, getting old couches could not be used by adults. We did not find hammocks as shown. The swing and the possibility to climb for our grandson were really great. The house is surrounded by olive trees which was very pretty and provided great shade. The only drawback was the hardly any seating, where you could have lingered more outside and also enjoy the sunset at the sea, so we only had the towels. Unfortunately, a boat for €30.00 per day could not be provided. The area is fantastically beautiful and the sea is crystal clear. The underwater world (fish, starfish, mussels, crabs) was partially visible to the naked eye. It was relaxing in the bay - no engine noise, no disturbing lights at night. Here you are still in harmony with nature. :love:

This property is not in good condition. In addition to defective and broken things such as pots and benches outside, the toilet flush does not work. The power output is 12v only not 220v as advertised. The way to the accommodation very bad. Best SUW SUV
