Completely newly built house, great covered terrace, functional air conditioning. Pleasant landlady, communicates in English, nothing is a problem. Quiet place. Distance to the beach exactly 260 meters. Probably the only drawback - you can't see the sea from the terrace. We were very satisfied.

The building and apartment are completely new, comfortable, well-equipped, the terrace is spacious, it can withstand the high heat, so it's great. The landlord lives on the lower floor, my grandfather is kind and helpful. Sea 150m, small shop 400m. Pasman and Ugljan are better than expected. We cycled a lot (200 km) and went hiking. If you like an active vacation, it is definitely worth a visit. Restaurant prices (Pizza/grilled squid/mini fish/cevap): 10-13 EUR, beer: 3-4.5 EUR- It was king. 😂
