Four-bedroom apartment near beach Broce, Pelješac A-13182-a

Charming place with wonderful terraces as well as direct access to the sea and lovely hosts. The property is not a holiday apartment, but four individual (double) rooms on the upper floor (with a steep staircase!) with two bathrooms and a separate outdoor kitchen. Access to the rooms is through the hall and corridors of the landlords; there is no common room for holiday guests inside the house. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are very clean, but clearly showing their age. Dishes and kitchen equipment are also thrown together and not very attractive. That's a pity, especially since the wonderful arcades, the lush flower garden and the fantastic view of the sea as well as the household leave nothing to be desired.

It's a real gem for those who want to relax. It is located in the hamlet of a few houses, Broce, next to an ancient small town, Ston. Even approaching it is a special experience, through a salt distillery that is still in operation today, and then through a very narrow passage between houses to the classic Mediterranean house at the end of the cul-de-sac. The garden is beautifully maintained, several terraces are available for relaxation, we only entered the house to clean and sleep. The kitchen, located in a separate small building, was fully equipped, and we grilled good food in the oven several times. In addition, one evening, the family awaited us with a surprise dinner, about whom I can only say good things. They are kind and helpful, yet their presence is completely discreet. The sea is located exactly six steps from the bottom of the stairs of the house, as if we had our own sea. Peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings await visitors. I can only recommend!
