One bedroom apartment near beach Drače, Pelješac A-4529-a

Good: the beach is very close, tidy, there is little shade. Lots of shade in the yard in front of the house, use of deckchairs. Outdoor shower. Bad: the stated square footage of 25+6m2 is not real. The entire studio is 15 m2 + 4 m2 terrace. The mentioned ironing board, iron, and hair dryer are not in the apartment. We received 1 small and 1 large towel, 0 tea towels. 2 pillows old, lumpy and uncomfortable. The Internet is very bad, it cannot be used, there is no signal. The table on the terrace is plastic and wobbly, unstable. There is no sun protection on the terrace as stated. The mattress is bad and old, with an unpleasant smell, made of wire springs, 2 pieces on top of each other. The microwave has an unpleasant smell. The kitchenette is sparsely equipped, there is no quality knife, broken dishes and cutlery. The refrigerator is small without deep freezing (ice cubes are hard to freeze). Surcharge for air conditioning €5 per day. There is a busy road between the house and the beach. The dining room, i.e. 3 chairs and a small table are located separately from the room, i.e. in front of the entrance to the apartment, by the stairs, which is very impractical and cramped. Armchair that should be the 3rd bed - when it is stretched out, there is no possibility of passing in the room because it is stretched out next to the double bed.

The apartment is fine for the price, the owner is fine, the only thing missing were towels for showering and dishcloths, what bothered me was that next to the apartment is the main road for the whole of Pelješac and the island of Korčula, and the beach is right next to the road, so it is a lot of noise. .
