The apartment itself is quite okay. Don't be fooled by the photos showing a washing machine in the bathroom—it doesn't work. There is air conditioning, and it does work, but it's as loud as a tractor. Otherwise, it's clean and spacious. The owner is unfriendly, telling you at the entrance that "discipline and silence are required." She's not particularly happy with the children, unless they tiptoe around. There's a grill on the terrace, but it's only allowed in the afternoons after returning from the beach. Evening barbecues around 8:00 PM are not permitted by the owner.
