The accommodation is in an excellent location right on the Brodarica beach, the view is breathtaking. Unfortunately, the owners are very old, and communication is difficult: they only speak German or Croatian. They didn't really wait for us, as it wasn't ventilated, the air conditioning and refrigerator weren't turned on. The accommodation was a big disappointment inside, it lacks maintenance for a few years: the refrigerator is very weak, it barely cools, I bought a shower head instead, the air conditioning was smelly, the bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable for me. Positive: the view is magnificent, the beach is 15 meters away, it has its own closed parking lot. We didn't get towels, but since the owner didn't give us his phone number in advance and we only saw him again two days after arrival, we bought them instead. We couldn't decipher the WIFI code, so we had to wait for the owner with that too, the TV remote control had no batteries.... I think they shouldn't force this on them at this age, because it doesn't work. It's a shame because the building is impressive, it just needs a little care

The apartment is in dire need of renovation, the cleanliness of the apartment was not good, in the last few days we had problems with electricity, the sockets and light in the bedroom were broken, the location of the accommodation right next to the beach was great, despite this I rate it as good, considering the location, only expensive 1300 euros for 7 nights for 2 people is quite disproportionate to the quality of the apartment, at least the bathroom or the non-draining shower corner needs renovation
