So I give the apartment and the host 5 stars. But the agency is beyond bad. They wouldn't get a star from me. You should state your arrival time. I did that and the agency immediately replied that this was unfortunately not possible. We then called the landlord as we were already there at 8:30 am. And he was with us in 15 minutes. As he didn't have any other guests yet, we were allowed in earlier to at least go to the bathroom. In my opinion, the agency is pure automatic response/AI. I don't know if I would book anything through this agency again. Absolutely poor service from the agency. The apartment was exactly as described. The beds were a dream. The beach is wonderful right on the doorstep. The only thing that was annoying and the landlord couldn't do anything about was the access road. It was quite busy with pedestrians, cyclists and cars. We will definitely book there again.
