Schlimmster Apartment was ich bis jetzt gesehen und erlebt habe, einfach ein Horror! Bitte Leute sucht euch etwas anderes für den Preis, bekommt man in Kroatien viel schöneres und einen besseren Service. Wir haben das Apartment für 6 Leute gebucht und 2 Hunde (es stand in der Anzeige das Haustiere willkommen sind) alles wurde angegeben. 1 Person sollte aber nachkommen. Wir 5 und die 2 Hunde kamen an und dort hat uns eine "Dame" empfangen, sie spricht nur kroatisch und wir können nur englisch oder deutsch, somit war die Kommunikation eine Katastrophe, als ich sagte wir 5 sind angekommen und die 2 Hunde, wollte sie die 2 Hunde gar nicht in der Wohnung und wollte uns quasi rausschmeißen, nachdem wir aber im voraus ein Teil bezahlt und alles angegeben haben (ich hatte auch die Bestätigung) musste ich mit einem Herren telefonieren, der endlich auch Deutsch gesprochen hat. Habe ihm erklärt das auf der Seite stand, das Hunde erlaubt sind und wir es angegeben und bereits bezahlt haben. Nach einem langen Hin und her, mussten sie drauf eingehen, das Apartment war sehr dreckig, Boden war nicht aufgewischt, die Couch und die Sessel haben furchtbar ausgeschaut. Die Küche war eine Katastrophe, wir haben uns geeeckelt das Besteck zu benutzen und haben alles vom supermarkt in Plastik gekauft. Der 300m Strand war etwas weiter unten der Weg ziemlich anstrengend, aber zum Liegen und Schwimmen nicht sehr schön. Somit sind wir direkt nach Split jeden Tag gefahren um dort ins Meer zu gehen. Der Pool war teilweise ok, 1-2 Tage jedoch auch ziemlich dreckig. Paar Tage später kam unser Freund auch endlich an und da fingen dann noch größere Probleme an, wir hatten 2 Autos, was auch klar ist da wir 6 Personen sind. Die besagte "Dame" stürmte in die Wohnung verlangte den Reisepass und meinte etwas mit Probleme, da sie uns nicht verstand, wollte sie mit dem Reisepass einfach aus der Wohnung gehen, wir haben sie natürlich aufgehalten und den Reisepass weggenommen, ich mein sry aber wo sind wir hier, was ist das für eine Art bitte? Wenn ich ein apartment Miete und 1200€ zahle, darf in der Zeit keiner außer ich möchte es hinein! Was wenn ich gerade nackt rumlaufe oder sonst etwas mache? Sie schreite dann in der Stiege etwas mit Polizei. In der Zwischenzeit haben wir uns hergerichtet und nach ca 1-2 Stunden sind wir feiern gegangen, in der Zeit bekomme ich eine Nachricht, das wir sofort zurück kommen sollen und unsere Sachen packen müssen, obwohl wir noch ein tag mehr haben und das auch bezahlt haben, für 6 Personen!!! Ich habe daraufhin geschrieben, dass ich dann entweder mein Geld zurück bekomme oder erst an de Tag verlasse, für diese ich auch gebucht habe! Er hat mit mir weiterhin diskutiert, im Endeffekt habe ich erst das Apartment verlassen, wo ich auch meinen letzten Tag hatte. Samstag inder früh als wir die Sachen ins Auto gebracht haben, wurden wir von dem Mann (war glaube ich der hatte von der besagten Dame) aufs übelste beschimpft und der wollte noch Geld von uns haben. Also leite bevor ihr euer Geld für so ein dreckiges Apartment mit so unfreundlichen Leuten ausgibt, bucht was gescheites, das war eine Frechheit! Niemand darf einen anderen so behandeln, schon gar nicht, wenn man etwas vermietet.
Worst apartment I've seen and experienced so far, just a horror! Please people look for something different for the price, you get much nicer and better service in Croatia. We booked the apartment for 6 people and 2 dogs (the ad said that pets are welcome) everything was stated. 1 person should follow. The 5 of us and the 2 dogs arrived and a "lady" welcomed us there, she only speaks Croatian and we can only speak English or German, so the communication was a disaster when I said the 5 of us arrived and the 2 dogs wanted she didn't have the 2 dogs in the apartment and wanted to throw us out, but after we paid a part in advance and stated everything (I also had the confirmation) I had to call a gentleman who finally spoke German. I explained to him that on the page it said that dogs are allowed and that we have given it and already paid. After a long back and forth, they had to agree, the apartment was very dirty, the floor wasn't wiped, the couch and armchairs looked terrible. The kitchen was a disaster, we decided to use the cutlery and bought everything from the supermarket in plastic. The 300m beach a little further down the path was quite strenuous, but not very nice for lying down and swimming. So we went straight to Split every day to go into the sea there. The pool was partly ok, but also quite dirty for 1-2 days. A few days later our friend finally arrived and then even bigger problems started, we had 2 cars, which is also clear since we are 6 people. The said "lady" stormed into the apartment, asked for the passport and said something about problems, since she did not understand us, she just wanted to leave the apartment with the passport, of course we stopped her and took the passport away, I mean sry but where are we here, what kind of kind is that please? If I rent an apartment and pay 1200 €, no one is allowed in during that time unless I want it in! What if I'm walking around naked or doing something? Then she walked a little with the police in the stairs. In the meantime we got ready and after about 1-2 hours we went to party, in the meantime I get a message that we should come back immediately and have to pack our things, although we have one more day and paid for it have for 6 people !!! I then wrote that I will either get my money back or that I will only leave on the day for which I have also booked! He continued to argue with me, and in the end I left the apartment where I had my last day. Saturday morning when we brought the things into the car, we were insulted by the man (I think he was from the lady in question) and he wanted some more money from us. So before you spend your money on such a dirty apartment with such unfriendly people, book something smart, that was a cheek! Nobody is allowed to treat someone like that, especially not when you rent something.
