Despite booking on January 24th and paying a deposit and booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available when we arrived. We had to stay in a room that resembled a dark hole for 2 days. Despite this, we had to pay the full price. The apartment we booked was OK in terms of location. Air conditioning only in one room, no mosquito nets. The bedroom was extremely hot at night or there were mosquito attacks. Hot water didn't work for the last 2 days. Mattresses were completely worn out, causing back pain. Bath towels and bed linen OK.
