A-8919-a
The owner of the property is a former colonel with far too many rules. The apartment is completely unequipped. The shower didn't work, and we had to fix it ourselves. The kitchen backsplash leaked, making it dangerous to cook. There weren't even four glasses, soap, paper towels, or anything else. The photos show a barbecue and a large table that you'll never use. The owner told us we couldn't use it because of the fires in Croatia, and we believed him, although, oddly enough, he cleaned it for other tenants to use. The property is divided into three sections: a ground floor where the owners live, and two floors above for rent. Don't even think you're renting the entire building. We asked him for oil and toilet paper, and he said that in 20 years, no one had ever asked him for anything. He gave it to us reluctantly, though. Because I didn't speak English well, he told me "porca miseria" (a derogatory term for someone who is poor). In short, the apartment is in very poor condition for the price. It's not worth it at all.
