+ Close to the sea, relatively quiet part of town (after 11 pm it was always quiet). Shop, bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream, ... a few steps from the accommodation. Free parking next to the house. - Stink on the toilet from the drain pipe. Weak air conditioning (improperly located).
