For hot water, they have 1 large boiler, which is for several rooms, in which hot water runs out if you come home last. It happened 3 evenings out of 6. The agency has mitigated the misunderstanding a little with a 10% discount, but I am also always waiting for a receipt from you for the payment of the refund of the 10% paid. When can I expect a refund confirmation??? As an agency with
