On 27.7.2026 we stayed in apartment A-5747-b (2) On Friday 31.7.2026 at around 2:00 pm the owner came to us and asked why we had not left the apartment. I presented him with a voucher from you and showed him that we had a check-out date: 2. 8. 2026 (Sunday) no later than 10:00 am. The landlord told us that he had incorrect information from you regarding the end of the stay and that other guests were to arrive in our apartment. I asked the landlord to contact you and resolve the situation, but he said he would not do so. Therefore, we were forced to leave the apartment and around 8:00 pm we handed over the apartment to the owner.
