Everything was OK except that the two apartments are not identical, both have an opening to the beach, the one above is renovated, renewed, the one below is not and has a smell 😢. Everything has to be bought: soap, paper,... The tenants live on the ground floor, you have to "be good", no noise! The water collected in the can from the air conditioner has to be emptied at least 2 times if the owner does not come up (above you) and empty it himself! The wine is OK bought from them!
