The sea is close (100 steps), the owner is nice but quiet (grandmother lives on the ground floor), the equipment is perfect - (large fridge with large freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, micro, toaster, waffle maker, milkshake, etc., large TV, wifi, vacuum cleaner, ...) parking in the garden (for up to 3 cars), 2 rooms with a terrace with a sea view), the beach is fine-gravel, good for children and quiet, clean (3 sunbeds are included with the apartment) (but good there is also a buffet about 300 meters away), ... fine-sand baby beach 14 km (Ljubac). Lovely small towns in the area -- Razanac=12km, Pag=20km, Nin=30km, Zadar is only approx. 30 km. (The nearest store is only approx. 3 km away) We had a great time (=Dad, mom, 2 small children, grandpa, grandma; July 2023) 😊 😊 <3

The apartment was clean and tidy, we lived very comfortable. A few minutes to the beach, beautiful view from the terraces. The hosts nice, helpful and very welcoming. I recommend highly.
