Pros: The landlords are very friendly and helpful, the beach is beautifully quiet and just around the corner, a wonderful view from the terrace - no neighboring houses - just an annex, grocery stores nearby, restaurants are inexpensive. Cons: noisy road next to the terrace, no Wi-Fi at all.
