The apartment is great, very close to the beach, just across the road (where there was heavy traffic). The apartment has enough equipment, working air conditioning, fast internet. The landlord was helpful, explained everything, asked us several times during our stay if everything was okay. He even helped us take out the trash. The beach by the apartment is smaller, mostly algae on the bottom. But we could swim. We mostly went to the beach in Marina (about 10-15 minutes walk). The place is nice, I appreciated the outdoor gym above Sukošan. Excellent accessibility to shops (Tommy maximarket, Plodine). The only thing we missed was more fast food options (we didn't want to go to restaurants with our children). But it was great that we could order at the Roko pizzeria (via the website) and they delivered the food to the apartment. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.
