We were satisfied with the Apartment, it provided what it offered. The owner is kind and helpful. There is only a paid toilet and shower on the Crni beach. The place is good overall.

There is a problem with the information, that the sea is not on the other side of the road, and not 800 meters away, but further away, and you are really spitting your lungs out by the time you get to the apartment. There are also some misinformation about the apartment, the advertisement says that the host lives not far away, and the host lives there, because it is 4 apartments in one, and he lives in one.
