One bedroom apartment with terrace Baška, Krk A-19435-a

the appartement in Vinogradska street was very nice and clean. the owner was kind and attentive. With out problems

The apartment was tidy except for the bathroom, where traces of previous use were visible (uncleaned, greasy taps, dirty mirror, cobwebs...). The terrace has no shade, although it is shown differently in the pictures. We were denied complete privacy since the hostess was too often present. The biggest problem arises, two days after our departure, when the housekeeper sends us a message at 2:45 a.m. complaining that we have not made the payment even though it was made in full 10 days before arrival. I note that the message was rude and offensive, and the time of the message does not need to be commented on. Since the payment was made in full and on time, I believe that this very unpleasant situation should not have happened, and I hold you responsible for it, which is very unprofessional. All of the above is the reason why our stay in this facility was below expectations.
