    Fantastisch!!! Ein tolles und sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit einem traumhaften Ausblick.Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man braucht kein Auto um Lokalitäten zu erreichen.Die Vermieter(in) sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend.Sehr zum weiter empfehlen.

    Место размещение хорошее, рядом дорога, но не напрягает, так как движение не интенсивное, а так как мы жили на мансардном этаже и перед нами открывался замечательный вид на море и транспорт был не виден, мы вообще дороги не замечали. Апартаменты очень чистые, все удобно. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и приятные люди. До ближайшего пляжа 5 минут неспешной ходьбы. До центра Нивице 7-8 минут. Город очень приятный, с замечательной набережной, пляжами, кафе и ресторанами, возможностью по красивой тропе пешком добраться до соседнего симпатичного города Малинска. Считаем Нивице одним из лучших мест, как для спокойного, так и активного отдыха. Рекомендуем. Как пожелание поставить в апартаментах посудомоечную машину.     Das Haus und die Wohnung waren bestens. Genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Die Lage und Aussicht waren wunderschön. Direkter Blick auf das Meer. Was will man mehr?! Die Gastgeber extrem freundlich!!!! :nice: :nice:
