The owner is very kind and does not check up on you. The apartment itself is fine, just keep in mind, there are a lot of stairs and the bathroom needs an upgrade. The beach is fairly close, but it pays to go to the one past the camp, the sea is clearer there. Good restaurants nearby.

The apartment's location is great and central. The marina and city center are right on the doorstep. Unfortunately, the apartment is quite dated. The bathroom needs to be renovated, and some of the electrical outlets are hanging out of the walls and are anything but child-safe. Of course, the apartment would be 50-70% more expensive after modernization. If you're on a tight budget and can live with the various shortcomings, this is the right place for you...
