The owners were very welcoming and helpful with everything. We used the entire property, including the barbecue. Their dog Dusty kept us company, and the view from every balcony was exceptional. They also offered us delicious fruit from their large garden. Parking, the beach, and the supermarket are just 5 minutes from the property. Excellent location and great price! Unfortunately, the property neglects to clean the floors, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The slats of the double bed occasionally fell off the bed frame, and the lighting in our room was too dim. After booking, they informed us that air conditioning costs €7 per day and washing machine use costs €5. Only the bedroom is private; everything else is shared. I'm just mentioning this for information; it might be helpful. Despite everything, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

The apartment has old furniture, cabinets from the communist era with a foul odor. It's dirty, with cobwebs on the windows and furniture, greasy pots and glasses; the toilet isn't clean, the shower is okay, and old oilcloths are on the tables. The landlady is nosy and intrusive. She constantly checked on us, shone a flashlight in our eyes, constantly hovered under the door, refused to give us the grill, then watched us use it, and turned off the air conditioning. She entered the apartment without knocking while we were gone. She brought a stranger to check the air conditioning filters, and the man entered the apartment without knocking with a ladder. The house is high on a hill, making it difficult to get to the beach, and even harder to get back. Without a car, there's no way to get around. The beach is concrete and rocky, but that's standard in Croatia. I don't recommend this accommodation, and especially the landlady.
