A-27506-a
We had the entire ground floor of the house, including the outdoor area, to ourselves. The owner's lovely mother, who also speaks German, lives upstairs. Outside, beyond the electronically locking parking gate, a wide terrace balcony extends around all sides of the house, filled with greenery in beds and planters, new exercise equipment and sun loungers, and offering a sweeping view over the red tile roofs of the neighborhood all the way down to the sea. Inside, it's not just a functional living space, but rather a modern, tastefully designed and decorated haven full of amenities: high-quality parquet and tile floors, some even featuring original paintings along the long hallways, a comfortable living room (with a huge TV) and an integrated, spacious, dark-toned kitchenette where absolutely everything had been thought of. Ideal beds, plenty of closet storage, a walk-in wardrobe, and a stylish washing machine. Communication was warm and informative. The price was an absolute steal.
