The apartment is in a good location and very spacious. Unfortunately, many essentials are missing, such as a mop and rag, suitable pillows, and essential kitchen utensils and dishes. The refrigerator needs replacing because it's completely broken. The shower needs fixing because it's not suitable for adults, and the bathroom lacks towel hooks. If there are four guests, towels for four are needed, not three, simply because one of the guests is three years old. The apartment is in an excellent location for exploring the island.
